In this evening workshop we will be creating art inspired by Eric Carle. Paint your own Eric Carle-esque papers and create a floral bouquet through the magic of collage, all while enjoying an evening out! Wine and non-alcoholic drinks are included. Each participant will leave with a work on canvas they have made at the end of the evening. No previous art experience is needed. You will be amazed by what you will create!

Family HeARTful Yoga Workshop

$50

with Dani Locastro

Calendar Next available session starts Nov 11, 2022 at 1:30 pm

Join us for a family workshop when school is out!

Creative energy lies deep within us all. You don’t need to know how to draw to doodle. You don’t need to be limber to practice yoga. The fact is we are all artists from within because we are human, with this ability and need to express ourselves in many ways. We all have this creative potential just waiting to be released. We might not make the time or know where to start. What if you were given the opportunity to play? What if you get moving just for the sake of the process; to be in the moment of exploring your body and your creative minds, hands, and hearts; to let your imagination soar, creativity sing, playfulness move, and give your heart a resting place?  What if we utilize the connections of yoga and art to tap so deeply into our spirit that your true voice comes out individually and you uniquely make marks from the heart in this collective collaboration?

This two-hour workshop is for children ages 7-17, and you, their family member! Set a date with your child, niece, nephew, or friend, and join us for this opportunity to move and create while school is out. Participants will partake in both yoga movement and collaborative art making.

Braving Creativity Workshop

$50

with Naomi Vladeck

Calendar Next available session starts Nov 13, 2022 at 11 am

Do you know where you are on your creative path?  In this interactive workshop for women-identifying artists, Naomi Vladeck, creativity and life transitions coach, will lead participants in an interactive workshop to explore your unique relationship to the periods of transition in your lives.

As artists know, all process takes time. But it is so helpful to know where we are on your path after you experience a big change or shift in your life.

In this 2-hour workshop, you will leave with:

Clarity about where you are right now

Unique resources to mine for fresh opportunities

A mindset approach accesses a new vision

Confidence in your next steps forward

This workshop is an opportunity for artists - professional and avocational - to participate in a facilitated discussion that creates space to consider what is changing, what they’d like to change, and what they can let go of as they enter a new season.  Artists will champion each other in the articulation of possibilities and connections that will challenge their old assumptions about what is possible for them.  Connecting in this informal and intimate way is a provocative and creative way to start a new season!
