Explore black and white drawing using pencil, charcoal, and pen and ink. Get creative!

Study dark and light, and form conveyed by line or shade. Learn how to translate color images into interesting black and white patterns that show value and energy. "Value" or tone is about the relationship between darkness and light. Learn to look at colorful images, and see them as if they were black and white. Once you do, you'll create interesting designs, and your color work will improve, too!

This class is for adults and mature teens of all skill levels and all materials are included.

We believe art should be accessible to all. Financial assistance is available for those that qualify.
