Garrison Art Center

Our first class on September 17 will be three hours long. All future classes will be two hours long. 

This class will focus on the fundamental features of the face. We'll draw and paint from a live model, learning to capture a likeness or an abstraction — your choice. Together we'll study the proportions and personality of the model, with instruction on the shapes and features of the eyes, nose, mouth, and hair. Bring your own materials to work with: watercolor, pastels, acrylic, or charcoal.
