Go in-depth into felting using the wet felt technique. Wet felt has been used for centuries throughout the world to make hats, coats, scarves, shoes, purses; the list goes on. Learn how different fibers react to water, soap, and agitation to give you a usable fabric. You'll be shown methods to make flat felt, cords, and working with a resist to create a three dimensional and continuous seam. Everything you've wanted to know to get you started felting will be in this class. This class is open to adults and mature teens of all skill levels and all materials are included.
