Heartful Yoga Family Artmaking Workshop
with Dani Locastro

Join Dani for a family workshop that moves your body, centers your mind and frees your creativity! We are co-creating a masterpiece of collaborative expression through yogic and art principals that are fundamental in self-expression, awareness, process and play. Creative energy lays deep within us all and needs to be exercised just like our other muscles. You don’t need to know how to draw to doodle or be limber to practice yoga. You just need to show up to the mat or the canvas. The fact is, we are human with a need for connection and place for expression. Give yourself and your loved ones this opportunity to play in this creative arena of the intersection of art making and yoga with a multi-media hands on approach of Heartful Yoga Art Making™ that unites mind, body, and creativity.
This three-hour workshop is for children ages 6-16, and you, their family member! Set a date with your child, niece, nephew, partner or friend, and join Dani in this opportunity to move and co-create. Participants will partake in both yoga movement and collaborative art making, so plan on getting dirty and down on the floor. In addition, these masterpieces will be manufactured for purchase into t-shirts and or leggings so that you will have an opportunity to wear art from the Heart! This class is accessible for all beings – everyone welcome.
